The moment we came inside, we were greeted by these two with so much warmth. The process was smooth, thorough, and transparent. Ishdeep went the extra mile by giving knowledgeable explanations on different products and options. He was very patient in dealing with our requests. Bruce, on the other hand, has provided a courtesy vehicle that we can use for a few days until our new MDX is ready. They have to go above and beyond to accommodate our hectic schedules, for instance, Ishdeep brought the loaner car to our place in a heartbeat just to save us from the inconvenience. And I was in the midst of a hectic work schedule and Richard was very accommodating in making our purchase happen, and even delivered the car to our house. Outstanding! Purchased a 2025 TLX Type S through Yuan. Yuan made the experience quick and painless. Even with the dealership under renovation. I commend Yuan on his efficient communication with myself. As the dealership is on the opposite end of the city I appreciate Yuan doing majority of everything remotely. This is my second Acura through Crown. At times the service department had made mistakes as they are only human. They quickly rectified these issues, which is far more valuable in my opinion. My only complaint would be Yuan‘s barista skills could use some polishing lol.
