At Crown Auto Group we believe in Crown CARma- what goes around, comes around.

As such, since the beginning we have strived to give back to the Winnipeg and Manitoba community. We are strong supporter of local charities and events and we take pride in volunteering in the community we call home.

Giving Pillars:
In order to make the most impact on the community, financial, volunteer and in-kind support is primarily focused on the following areas that benefit our local community, with some examples of organization we have supported.
Health and Wellness Initiatives or Education with special focus on mental health:

Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba, Cancer Care Manitoba, Canadian Cancer Society

Homelessness and poverty:

Christmas Cheer Board, Ronald McDonald House, Siloam Mission, Agape Table

Education/skills development

(with focus on youth development or at-risk populations): Junior Achievement of Manitoba, Special Olympics Manitoba, Variety Manitoba

  • Eligibility

    Recipient organizations may include registered charities, non-profit organizations and nonprofit educational, health-related and cultural organizations, with a particular emphasis on the focus areas above.

    Generally, Crown Auto Group does not support individuals, loans or investments, political or lobbying organizations, religious organizations, private clubs, for profit businesses or recreational/sporting/athletic clubs, team or associations (unless serving special needs or underserved populations).

  • Submission Guidelines

    If your organization may benefit from partnering with Crown Auto Group, please fill out the below form with an emphasis on how your request fits with Crown Auto Group’s community support guidelines and how the funds will be used. While proposals are accepted throughout the year, we encourage requests as early in the calendar year as possible. Our goal is to acknowledge and respond to requests within 60 days.

Please note that Crown Auto Group receives a large amount of requests for cash and in-kind contributions, numbering many more than Crown Auto Group can accommodate. When a request is denied, it does not imply that the applicant’s program is not vital or valued. Crown Auto Group cannot accommodate every request, and accordingly, it is inevitable that even requests that are consistent with these guidelines may not be granted.
