We had an exceptional experience dealing with Ishdeep Alagh (Product Advisor) and Bruce Zhan (Sales Manager) when we purchased our brand new MDX Elite A-spec. The moment we came inside, we were greeted by these two with so much warmth. The process was smooth, thorough, and transparent. Ishdeep went the extra mile by giving knowledgeable explanations on different products and options. He was very patient in dealing with our requests. Bruce, on the other hand, has provided a courtesy vehicle that we can use for a few days until our new MDX is ready. They have to go above and beyond to accommodate our hectic schedules, for instance, Ishdeep brought the loaner car to our place in a heartbeat just to save us from the inconvenience.
